Names and worksheet files
The editor does not upload entered names, imported text lists, project files or generated worksheets. It keeps the working state in this page's memory. It does not automatically write names to cookies, local storage, a URL or a public page. Your browser may retain an open tab or a back/forward navigation state; use Clear names on a shared device.
Explicit local downloads
PDF, PNG and project files are created locally. A saved project includes names and settings so you can explicitly open it later. Keep that file private. Downloads, browser history and files remain under your device's control; clearing the editor does not delete a downloaded file.
Optional action counts
This deployment offers an unchecked, optional checkbox below the editor. Only after an adult turns it on can the page send action counts. When enabled by the operator and opted into by the user, each action is counted at most once per page lifetime. The only payload fields are an allowlisted event name and a coarse source category: search, Product Hunt, direct or other. No name text, document content, full referrer, query string, visitor ID, fingerprint or child count is included. The server aggregates counters by UTC day and retains at most 90 days. These are action counts, not verified people or completed prints.
Consent is not persisted: it resets when the page reloads. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this optional reporting. The tool does not use third-party analytics, advertising scripts, remote fonts or session replay.
Ordinary hosting
Your browser connects to the host to retrieve the website. The hosting provider or reverse proxy may process ordinary connection information, including IP address and browser headers, for security and delivery. The supplied application does not write access logs and does not store these identifiers in its measurement data. An operator who adds hosting logs or other services must update this notice.
Adults preparing materials
The service is intended for parents, teachers and other adults preparing materials, not for children to create accounts. Do not email a real class list or sensitive information. Support email is a separate communication that you choose to send.
External links
Following an external link or sending an email brings that service's own data practices into play. The worksheet tool does not automatically contact external social or printing services.
